Hairy Rockettes

Often called the alternating toe touch, PAX will start by standing with feet at shoulder width with arms extended out to sides. With a four count cadence, exercise will start by bringing right foot up to left hand for count 1 with leg kept as straight as possible. Return right foot to ground for count 2, followed by left foot to right hand for count 3. Return left foot to ground to complete count.
