Wheel of Merkin

Grab a piece of curb and start in the incline plank position. Perform an incline merkin. Then rotate 90 degrees clockwise until your body is parallel to the curb, with your left hand and foot on the curb and your right hand and foot off it. Perform a merkin, then rotate 90 degrees more and perform a decline merkin. Rotate 90 degrees again and repeat, with your right hand and foot on the curb and your left hand and foot off it. Rinse and repeat.
