The PAX line up single-file, about an arm’s length apart. In unison, the entire PAX lunges forward with their right leg and holds the lunge, while the last PAX jailbreaks to the front of the line. The entire PAX then recovers and lunges forward with their left leg and holds the lunge, while the last PAX jailbreaks to the front. This process continues until all PAX have cycled through at least once. To add some extra core work, have the PAX rotate their torso (e.g., rotate the chest right while in the right leg lunge) and hold the rotation throughout.
