WMD Crawl

A Bear Crawl executed by performing 5 Werkins, then crawling 10 steps with hands set out wide, followed by 5 Regular Merkins and crawling 10 steps with hands in a normal position, and finishing with 5 Diamond Merkins and crawling 10 steps with hands set close. Rinse and repeat until the desired distance has been traveled.
