Lexicon
For FNGs, the swirl of inside-baseball lingo and jargon used at your average F3 workout can be a bit confusing. Like, for instance, What’s an FNG and why do people keep calling me that? (FNG stands for Friendly New Guy, or something along those lines… )
The F3 Lexicon is intended to help in that regard, providing a scattershot listing of lingo, sayings, expressions, acronyms, etc., that may come in handy when reading a BackBlast (A writeup of what happened on a workout) or attempting to decipher an email from a QIC (The leader of a given workout).

DECK CHAIR
A minor Disadvantage that causes Friction but does not threaten Effectiveness.
Deep Down Sad Clown (DDSC)
The second wave of Sad Clown Syndrome. This afflicts a man who has been posting to workouts, but has yet to be “all in”. Often he fools himself into thinking he is “fine”, but he hasn’t truly had a mighty change of heart. He still holds much back and has not moved to the #Servant end of the Sur-Ser Continuum.

DIAPER CHANGER
A Task that must be done but is not within anyone’s D2X.
DIRTY DANGEROUS DIFFICULT THINGS
Events that forge bonds between men. (See also: CSAUP)
DISADVANTAGE
An inferior circumstance caused by nature, un-Virtuous Leadership or Inertia.
DISRUPTER
A Leader who is a powerful Influencer of Movement toward Group Advantage.
DISRUPTION
Disturbance to the Status Quo. (F1).
