Think of lying down like Abe Vigoda. On your back with your legs spread, sit up while reaching as high as possible with one hand. Once you reach the peak, lower your hand forward and cross over to touch the opposite foot, then reverse the motion back down. Flip to the other side and repeat. For a harder variation, cross your legs.
