The Butkus

The exercise is named after Rocky's dog and resembles the rapid toe tapping Rocky Balboa exercise at curbside. Use the curb as a step and alternate stepping as quickly as possible for one minute, then rest for one minute. Continue this pattern for another minute. Complete the sequence in THREE ROUNDS, hopefully without a TKO.
