Maybe. We add 10-15 workouts weekly, but they are handled at a local region level. The Nation won’t be able to tell you. We recommend to check out our national, consolidated map.

Once you find a workout, check out the details on the entry. This will provide you the local region’s webpage. They are your best source. We just don’t know about the local workouts.

Submit on forms below. We have grown to a size where hundreds of terms are submitted every month. If you don’t hear from us, we likely aren’t going to add it. You can always start a local version of the Exicon/Lexicon, but with so many requests, the best get in.
