Charlotte, NC (March 27, 2024) – F3 Nation, the fast-growing network of free, peer-led workouts for men spanning 48 US states and 11 countries, announced today that MudGear will become an official partner and the exclusive sock sponsor of F3 Nation for the next 50 years.
This unique partnership recognizes the foundational role that MudGear played in helping to grow and protect the F3 brand, and in developing and delivering The Official F3 Gear Store for over 10 years. As part of the agreement, MudGear’s parent entity will transfer ownership of “The Official F3 Gear Store” to F3 Nation, LLC so that it may be preserved as a sustainable revenue stream for F3 Nation in perpetuity.
Effective immediately, MudGear will become the exclusive provider of socks with the F3 logo and trademarks, and offer their top-of-the-line performance socks to F3 Nation in The Official F3 Gear Store and at MudGear.com.
During and after the transfer of ownership, day-to-day operations of The Official F3 Gear Store will continue to be managed by Alex Thrasher “F3 Malko”, with the same team that has served F3 PAX since 2012, ensuring consistent and high levels of service.
“This is a fantastic partnership for F3 that prepares us for continued expansion in support of our mission,” said Frank Schwartz, F3 “Dark Helmet”, CEO of F3 Nation. “F3 Gear has been instrumental in helping us to protect and spread the F3 Brand. MudGear built The F3 Gear Store, served as its custodian for over a decade, and now gives F3 an asset that will benefit our organization for the foreseeable future.”
“I’m extremely happy about this partnership because F3 has always been a part of the MudGear brand DNA,” said MudGear Founder and President, Alex Thrasher. “With this sponsorship, we’re all-in with our support for F3. We believe F3 will be the most transformative movement in the world over the next 50 years. It has the power and ability to transform lives at the individual level as well as families and entire communities at the macro level.”
