With your feet at the bottom of a staircase (or other steep incline) and your hands on the 3rd or 4th step (depending on PAX height and step size), perform an incline Merkin. At the end of each Merkin, do a small hop with your hands and feet to the next steps (e.g., moving from steps 0 & 3 to steps 1 & 4). The longer the staircase, the better the burn. The name comes from PAX saying, "If you don't do this right, you might lose your teeth," and because the hop resembles a fairy-like movement.
Leave no man behind, but leave
no man where you find him.
