This is a simple Merkin that incorporates elements of balance and core strength. For "The Bruce," start in a regular Merkin position with one leg crossed over the other at the ankle. When you come back up from the Merkin, switch legs. "The Cait" is very similar, but you switch legs at the bottom of the Merkin, not the top.
