GrowRuck is only 3 months away and it is time for us to start getting ready. April 9-11 will be here before you know it. A lot of plans have already been made. Many of you have already signed up. If you haven’t signed up, then now is the time to do it. Just go to F3Nation.com or ask me for help.

Now is the time to get our bodies ready.

Like we were doing last summer, we will have two rounds of Ruck training every Saturday morning. Round 1 will step off at 0600 and return back to The Pitch before the 0700 start of the regular beatdown. Round 2 will step off at 0700 and return back to The Pitch by 0800 in time to participate in COT with everyone else. Pax can do both Round 1 and Round 2 or else pick and choose.

I recommend that everyone spend some time training with us, even if you aren’t participating in GrowRuck. There is something to be gained by the training, regardless. First, it’s fun and a great way to connect with your fellow pax. Second, it’s a different kind of workout and it’s healthy to mix things up a little.

If you don’t have a backpack and a weight, that’s no problem. Just let me know and we will get a loaner for you. While we train, we’ll also get to spend some time talking about the QSource and also explaining all about GrowRuck.

So, to summarize: GrowRuck training starts, Saturday, January 9, 2021 at The Pitch. Round 1 starts at 0600 and Round 2 starts at 0700. Come to one or both.
