Shawshank

A standing "Have a Nice Day." To be done at the end of a workout. On a day that it's raining and you want to call Have A Nice Day, but the ground is soaked and it's still raining. Instead, stand up and spread your arms out to the side, tilt your head back and look up into the rain like Andy Dufresne does at the end of Shawshank Redemption when he escapes from the prison.
