Rampage

Performed at nearest hill or stairs. Starting at top, perform exercise of choice with X amount of reps. Once complete, bear crawl down the hill/stairs. At bottom, perform exercise of choice with X amount of reps. Once complete, crawl bear up the hill/stairs to the top. Down/up = 1 round. No limits on Q's choice of rounds.
