Similar to the Usain Bolt but with a tractor trailer tire in tow. Two pax are harnessed to a tractor trailer tire - that trails them by 8-10 feet. The pax team drag the tire 40 yards out and back while remaining pax perform the prescribed exercise. Perform through all pax. Rinse and repeat for duration for a solid all over beat down.
