Have 2 - 15 pound weights. Do a Merkin. Up into a Burpee. Down into a Merkin. Bear Crawl 5 steps with weights. Rinse and Repeat UNTIL YOU have completed 5 Burpees.<br /> Other PAX may Bear Crawl or Lunge, but not to pass the Man who is with the weights
