Starting on your six laying flat. Big Boy Sit Up and touch the ground to the left of your legs then return to starting position laying flat. Big Boy Sit Up and touch the ground between your legs then return to starting position laying flat. Big Boy Sit Up and touch the ground to the right of your legs then return to starting position laying flat. This is a 3 count exercise best done OYO so you can embrace the mumble chatter.
