Not a very creative name, but basically, I took the Jumping Jack Burpee Flash, and modified it to: Start with 20 Side Straddle Hops, quickly follow with 10 burps, quickly follow with 10 pull-ups. Rinse and Repeat. 20 LBCs. Start over and rinse and repeat whole series as many times as wanted or AMRAP it on the clock.
