The second wave of Sad Clown Syndrome. This afflicts a man who has been posting to workouts, but has yet to be “all in”. Often he fools himself into thinking he is “fine”, but he hasn’t truly had a mighty change of heart. He still holds much back and has not moved to the #Servant end of the Sur-Ser Continuum.
