A reminder to the Go Ruck folks that in town we will hold our 4th and final(thank goodness) 10.5 mile run with rucks. We will meet up in the parking lot of the Harris Teeter Express(across from Myers Park Meth) at 6:30 am this Sunday 6/. We have been averaging a 9.5 minute mile pace. Some faster some slower(me). Please join us!
