I got a pair of solo workouts in this weekend at WVB: 3 miles around the Loop on Saturday, stopping at the soccer field in the park to do 10 x 10 burpees plus a sprint of the length of the soccer field; Sunday was a 12-mile GORUCK training run under 30-lb ruck.
