Run to cage, grab block and run to Position #1 (corner of Laurel/W 2nd N).
Complete 20 bent over rows (10 each arm) OYO and run to Position #2 (corner of W 2nd N/Hickory).
Complete 20 squats w/ block OYO and run to Position #3 (corner of Hickory/W 4th N).
Complete 20 kettle bell swings OYO and run to Position #4 (corner of W 4th N/Laurel).
Complete 20 side bends w/ block OYO and run to Position #5 (picnic tables).
Complete 20 step ups (each leg) OYO and run to Position #6 (field).
Complete 20 curls for the girls (4 ct IC) and run to Position #7 (jungle gym).
Complete 20 merkins on tire (or wherever) OYO and run to Position #8 (horseshoe pits).
Complete 20 dips OYO and run to Position #9 (pull up bars).
Complete 20 pull ups OYO (complement w/ burpees if needed).
Stow blocks, return to flag and plank till 6 is in.

YHC was a bit nervous being his first solo Q and all but T-claps to Sparky, J5 and Cold Cut for the encouragement to step out of my comfort zone. Goal was to get to 9 spots around the AO (for each baseball position) and do 20 of each exercise in honor of one of (if not) the greatest 3rd baseman of all time, Mike Schmidt. Great job by all. Think we knocked a few out of the park!
