This is the last workout of Blue Mule’s Week of Coupons! Today is the day after my 30th birthday and this theme would be easily recognizable.
Six PAX, form up in teams of two, each PAX assigned a coupon of wrapped bricks. This coupon must be carried during the post.
WARM UP MOSEY: Run around with your coupons for a while. Circle up under the bridge. Coupons down. Squats, good mornings, Willie Mayes Hayes, baby arm circles forward and back.
COUPON MOSEY: Mosey across pedestrian bridge. Pairs of PAX switch of carrying coupons.
3O COUPON BURPEES: Coupon must be burpeed 30 times. One PAX performing burpees while other performs side straddle hop. PAX may switch up reps however desired.
COUPON MOSEY: Mosey under the bridge to the huge stairs by the park. Pairs of PAX switch of carrying coupons.
30 BOX JUMPS: Each pair must perform 30 count box jumps up the three stairs. Other PAX performs thruster with coupon. PAX may switch up reps however desired.
COUPON MOSEY: Mosey over through the Ascend Amphitheater. Pairs of PAX switch of carrying coupons.
30 STEP UPS: Each pair must perform 30 step ups with coupon. When not stepping up, PAX must perform overhead arm clap. Beware the dreaded overhead arm clap face — the face PAX make when those darn overhead arm claps start burning.
COUPON MOSEY: Mosey over to the urban park.
30 FLUTTER KICKS: Each pair must perform 30 four count flutter kicks with coupon overhead. When not kicking, PAX must perform pull-ups at the urban park.
COUPON MOSEY: Mosey across the big long bridge back to the starting area.
30 COUPON SPRINTS: Each pair must perform 30 coupon sprints in pairs and do overhead arm claps when not sprinting. Perform this until you are out of time.
