Red Friday 9/16/16

9 PAX decided to step up to what YHC was cooking.  This week marked 15 years from the 9/11 attacks.  YHC remembers exactly when and where he was that day.  I’m sure most PAX do.

To honor that memory and those lost, we decided to perform the 9/11 workout.

2001m run (Buy out)

        So basically everyone’s time was pretty close as all completed the 20:01 AMRAP and both the buy in and buy out runs.  So in order to apply some scoring methodology to the workout, we decided the subtract a second from the cumulative time for each repetition completed.  Scoring was as follows:
  1. Lite Brite: 35:15    –   40:36 – 5:21 (321 Reps)
  2. Uncle Jesse: 35:39   –   40:36 – 4:57 (297 Reps)
  3. Duggar: 35:50   –   40:36 – 4:46 (286 Reps)
  4. Meter Maid: 36:02   –   40:37 – 4:35 (275 Reps)
  5. Capri: 37:41   –   40:59 – 3:18 (198 Reps)
  6. Sour: 38:36   –   42:27 – 3:51 (231 Reps)
  7. Seat Down: 38:58   –   42:27 – 3:29 (209 Reps)
  8. Juggernaut: 40:33   –   44:02 – 3:29 (209 Reps)
  9. Mulligan: 42:29   –   45:58 – 3:29 (209 Reps)
