Yo – RD is at the beach.  I got the Q.  Building off last week, we’ll be doing one mile repeats.  Here is the route:  up Sharon from corner of chilton, left on Queens at the top of the hill and make the left onto chilton and stop.  Recover by jogging down chilton until you hit Sharon and them bust another repeat up the hill.

Warmup and cool down to/ from the Sharon/chilton corner.
