Davidson 11-20 work-out
Had a lower number than normal turn out today but that’s ok.
Started out with warm-up: SSH, Imperial Storm trooper, Mtn climber and some Merkins
then moved into some stretches then jogged over to Davidson track.
Work-out: Ran 4 laps with 4 pain stations at each end and the 50 yard line for a total of 13.
1st was 10 x Burpees, 2nd was 15 x Squat Jumps, 3rd was 10 x Carolina Dry Dock
4th was 15 tight form pull-ups on stadium railing (started and stopped which gave us the 13th)
Slow set of 20 incline Push-ups to catch our breath then 3 x Box jumped the stadium seats
bottom to top/walked down.
Then straight into Mary time: Spread leg cross-over sit-up, Bicycles forward/backward,
In-Outs, LBC and finished with Mason twists 20 reps on all
Jogged back to The Green
