Foundation – Community Involvement Questionnaire

Foundation – Community Involvement Questionnaire

Gents,

It has been just over a year since the idea for the F3 Foundation (F3F) was first conceived and four months since the F3F was granted non-profit status under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Through the focused efforts of many individuals in the F3 Nation, the F3F has accomplished a great deal in the Charlotte community since its inception and we have tremendous momentum in early 2013.

One of the great strengths of the F3 Nation is the ability to leverage the efforts of our membership in everything we do. With that in mind, the F3F Board thought it would be valuable to aggregate a list of where the members of the F3 Nation are engaged in not-for-profit organizations in their communities, particularly where we have leadership or Board of Director positions. As such, we ask that you complete the following brief questionnaire. Obviously, this request is completely voluntary, so please do not feel any pressure to provide this information. If you have any questions, please direct them to any members of the F3F Board of Directors.

  1. F3F leaders,

Thanks for pulling us together in an organized way!

  2. Hey Robocop. I cannot access the link through the Wells fargo firewall. Will try at home too. I have coached youth baseball for years and am on the Board of Davidson Youth Baseball Association (the local town baseball organization), as well as Coordinator for our DC Force Challenge Baseball program.
