Run cross country trail to greenway intersection with Colony

- Sprint to Normandy stop sign – merkins x15, mosey back
- Sprint to Roswell stop sign -  wide arms x15, mosey back
- Sprint to Selwyn intersection – diamonds x15, plank and wait
- Run back down Colony stopping for 5 burpees at both stopsigns

Enter greenway and pick up a pet rock
- Lunge walk with rock above head
- Man makers L and R x10
- Lunge walk with rock above head

Run greenway to Selwyn playground for The Three Wise Men.  Three sets of visiting the three different hills of the three wise men.
- Crab walk up Esau’s hill, burpees x5
- Run up Jacobs ladder, burpees x5
- Bunny hop up Robert Plant stairs, burpees x5

- A strong 4.7 miles were logged on my Commodore 64 era Garmin. Well done boys!   Felt more like the Ring Run than Mustang today!

- Great to have a few kotters (Longhorn, Freestyle), a few Mustang FNG’s (Lee, Moniteur — think they had to mapquest how to find their way from Latta to MPHS) and one new FNG (Wade Cantrell, 1989 alum of MPHS, now known as ‘Stang).  Enjoyed seeing you brothers.

- 5-0?  5-0?  Anyone seen him?  He was last seen at Selwyn Pub around 19:00 Friday night.  His wife and 2.0 are out of town this weekend, so 5-0 must have been out to prove that “he still had it”.  Evidently he didn’t tap the brakes in time, resulting in an unexcused absence from Mustang today.

- Look forward to getting those on the DL back on the roster – Waco, Holtz, etc – get well soon.
