Raleigh/Pullen – 1,2,3 – fight
The Raleigh crew does it again- new and creative exercises added to the mix, With only an hour to smoke the PAX, we had to be fast and efficient.
SSH x20, arm circles 2×10, mountain climbers x15
Run up the stairs for a triple dose of: walking lunges: Walking lunges down the grass, run back and repeat 3 times.
Run down to valley of gloom for the funeral:
PAX divides into groups of 4 and select a picnic table. We start out with a picnic table carry up to the top of the hill and set it down for decline merkins and dips.
Pick up the table and move to the cul-de-sac about 200 yards away, drop it down for the french dip and 4 men team squats of the entire table x15.
Pick up the table and move it to the tennis courts for push-a-rama: 4 rounds of 5 declines, 5 inclines.
Return the table to the original location, hit some ssh x20, imperial walkers x20, imperial walkers x20, 2 rounds of Cadillac (plank and hop over the feet to the end of the line). Bear crawl up the hill and run down x2.
Run to the playground for Muay Thai (1,2,3,4 punch/kick combos) led by Chong Lee
Switch into a Quick 6 minutes of Mary 20 counts of everything: flutters, high low flutters, WWII situps, LBC, froggies, hello dolly, circle count leg hold.

tclaps to Maize for calling out a ball of man for Magic Goggles as he will be stepping up and leading a youth fellowship group for the entire school year M-F. We will be lucky to see him on Saturdays.
We missed some of our regulars (Floppy Disk, White Shoe and Big Sproles). Also a few other PAX did show up partially injured or in the recovery stage.
During coffee there were a lot of interesting exercises thrown out there. This is the month of new material here in Raleigh and we are all stepping up to the plate with ideas and open minds.
