7 Reasons to Be a Let Me Run Coach

7 things you need to know about being a Let Me Run Coach…
7 weeks: the length of a LMR season. That’s it, in less than 2 months you can give back to your community sharing the power of fitness and fellowship in the lives of boys.
2 days 1 hour: practice is twice a week during a season and only lasts an hour. You set the days and time that work for you and the school where you are coaching.
Schools: Have a passion for a particular school? Need to be near a school where you work? You find the needy school that fits and we’ll work to get you in. LMR has a list of schools that are ready for the program, but they will try their best to match schools to coaches’ desires.
Fellowship: Schools need 2 coaches each, so here is another chance to spend time with an F3 brother.
Easy: Coaching is not hard, LMR supplies curriculum, tools and training. Plus the format is a lot like any F3 workout so it should come naturally.
Rewarding: Nothing matches watching that one kid, who struggled all season, cross the 5k finish line at the end of the year. He may have only run 3.2 miles but to him it’s a marathon. To be a part of that is something special.
LMR in a Bar: LMR will be joining HDHH at Ed’s on Wednesday Aug 29th to put together a little dog and pony show. Folks from LMR and maybe a few boys will come and talk in more detail about the program. Don’t miss a chance to see firsthand how great this program is!
