Sprague’s Sicksack Motivation

Aye, with Tiger Beat and Titan both DR and Sprague feeling potentially under the weather, QICing duties for tomorrow’s SIB have fallen to YHC. I was trying to think of what might motivate Sprague to rise from his sicksack and post tomorrow and came up with this workout, which I ran last time he was out of town and caused him to comment on how bummed he was that he had missed it, as it is one of his favorite workouts:
_ 800m warmup
_ 12 x 400m, 90 seconds rest in between intervals
_ A final, surprise cherry on the pain sundae, to be revealed at the end of the workout
