Here’s your weekly reminder to drag it out of the sack and get it moving at Indy, 0650 Saturday.

Also, you should be especially honored this week – your home field will be the site of some special fun in the next few days.

First, when you arrive at Indy Saturday, you may see signs of a battle that began the night before.  As it turns out, Independence Park is the launching point for the GoRuck Challenge on Friday night.  While not a certainty, we’ll likely wrap up closeby on Saturday morning.  No idea what time.

Second, Indy will be the site of a “special” July 4 workout – 7am next Wednesday – no other workouts in Metro Charlotte that day.  Come on out.

Maize will be leading on Saturday – spend some quality time with him before he heads to Raleigh.

A couple of other announcements:

1.  Remember “The Goat” on July 14.  More details to come, but all should join if possible.

2. Maize will have F3 shirts on Saturday for those who ordered them.
