Not sure if it was the heat, humidity or just me, but YHC’s head was buzzing halfway through the Al Carmichael. All exercise descriptions above are caveated due to lack of awareness for the rest of the workout. Just trying to hang on guys.
Big claps to all for hard work out there, but special shout out to Half Pipe as he crushed the grueling Burpee, lunge, frog hop, lunge gauntlet. Must have been 20 yards out in front of the rest of us. Strong. Must be something about skateboarding…
T-Claps to the whole Pax for sticking around for beautification at Cotswold. Thanks expecially to Blackjack for organizing with the school and providing the opportunity for us to give back. 18 men put in the effort to make the center courtyard at Cotswold Elementary look a little better. Nibbler and Kickin Chicken rolled in from AG to lend a hand - strong guys. Many bails or pine straw were spread, but the biggest effort came from Blackjack and Reboot when confronted with deceptively small stumps with enormous route structures. Perserverence was the name of the game and brute strength didn’t hurt. Blackjack’s efforts with the pick axe sent much of the Pax running for cover. I am happy to report F3 defeated the stumps. The place looks great. Hope the school is pleased.
