The Naked Moleskin:

-T-claps to Cougar for sporting the Ruck and Cindy with the WV. Not an easy run to cart around extra weight.

-YHC feels ashamed. Apparently we lost a couple of folks when did the bob and weave thru Cornwell and Queens Univ. Sorry guys, it won’t happen again.

-After suffering thru a miserable, hot parking lot workout this past weekend at the Jungle, I decided to introduce the Pax to the Levine deck. Fortunately for the Pax, the clock was nearing the end of the workout and we had to keep moving on before we could inflict too much pain. I promise to give everyone the full experience at my next chance.

-We had a great group this morning for a new route. We are trying to keep it interesting and fresh each week. If you haven’t tried the Ring Run, we would love to see you out there.

-MMOB appeared shirtless and with the dog for COT. I guess we took off without him this morning. Hopefully, he still got a good workout in!

-F3 Dads starts this Saturday.
