1 Wall Jump, run up stairs to picnic shelter, 10 dips, run down stairs 2 wall jumps, run up stairs, 9 dips…
Run past the Lurker to unnamed field near Cumberland Ave. for the Purple Chamber
1 minute each of 5 exercises, 3 rounds
Rnd 1 – merkins, LBC, squats (or Spocks), flutter, burpees
Rnd 2 – merkins, LBC, squats, dolly, burpees
Rnd 3 – merkins, LBC, squats, flutter, burpees
Run to field near train to start Indian Run between, soccer fields, by tennis courts, through Homeland set to stop sign where the Pax was let loose.
-YHC reprised the workout he did for his inaugural F3 QIC. It’s easy to remember, and not much counting.
-Remember, the Chamber is a great workout while travelling. It can be done in a hotel room with no equipment. Dredd favors the “stark naked” approach.
-I hated to pass up the Lurker this morning, but I knew that the Chamber takes a full 15 mins. and didn’t want to feel rushed. Next time I promise.
-Lots of Hollywood activity in the park this AM. Catering crew setting up breakfast in the train lot and extras and others in the lot by tennis courts. We got some strange looks as we indian ran through one group and someone almost got cold cocked by an opening truck door as they sprinted to the front. Exciting!
-Remember F3/Dads launches Saturday, June 23 at Freedom Park. A chance to wear out the 2.xs before they wear you out. Sounds like a great time to me.
-We are always looking for new leaders, not just at Big Hair Monday, but at all workouts. One of the best things about F3 is being surprised by the menu of pain offered by new QICs.
