-Perfect weather this morning and the Pax were amped for the AG tour. As Blackbird was away, it was time to play, Aye!
-SoCal had the snakes racing in his head following the first Widow’s Peak JL on whether or not to drop the fully loaded GR1, but he carried on – strong!
-During the Widow’s Peak JL, we encountered our brothers from Mustang doing a mosy around the playground and an oxygen deprived Kit asked, “How many times are y’all doing that?” – 6Mike responded “7″ – Kit quickly proclaimed, “man, that sux!”
-YHC may have succeeded with his playbook, as a strong BS was heard from 6Mike following the Plankorama beatdown and the Ring of Fire callout, Aye!
-Tclaps to the FNGs, hope to see you back soon!
-Thanks BB for the shoulder tap to lead the faithful at the #mothership!

Until next time,

  1. Ballistic

To be fair I modified the burpees to standard merkins to endure, but the Widow’s Peak JL was brutal. TClaps to Swamp Fox for the beat down.

    • Ballistic

Actually, on the Widow’s Peak JL were we supposed to pyramid the burpees, ie: Lap 1 = 1 burpee, Lap2 = 2 burpees? I did 5 merkins on each lap.
