Aye, the SIBlings will gather for the weekly painfest, 0515 in the AG parking lot; we’ll hit the track for the workout.  YHC returns as a special Guest QIC.

Here’s the agenda:

 

Warmup: 800m

12 x 400m; 90 seconds rest in-between each interval

Cooldown: 6MoM, CoP, assorted other fun stuff.
