28 Isotope faithful showed their true athleticism at Bailey Road Park
We posted without use of the fields, all 3 of them and found are own little piece of paradise…
The Thang & Moleskin:
- Run to track
- 1 loop with Indian Run
- High Knees 1/2 loop
- Butt Kickers 1/2 loop
- Head roll stretch
- Reach up stretch
- Quad stretch
- Side Saddle Hop x25
- Indian Raises with landscape rock. Put rock back, “leave no trace”
- Break into groups of 3, set out cones, keep moving F3′ers not moving hold plank (20 minutes the next 6)
- Keep moving same thing, w push-ups
- Keep moving same thing, w burpee
- Bear crawl to cone still in group, while other 2 hold plank
- Bear crawl to cone still in group, while other 2 do push-ups
- Bear crawl to cone still in group, while other 2 do burpee’s,
- Water Break, yes that’s right break, quick though
- Double up with rope or fitness band (12 minutes the next 3)
- Lunges 40 yards
- Pull partner back doing sprint, 40 yards
- Spread leg squats x10
- Steam Engine x20
- Carolina Dry Dock x 20
- The Halfback x 20
- Little baby crunches x 20
- The Rosalita x 20
- Low flutter x 25
- Mason twist until failure (Omaha showing off for his Ironman Bro)
- Plank clock, thx to drive-thru x 20 (Outlaw would be proud)
All in all a great hour, seemed like some good PAIN was had by all.
Thanks to Gnarly Goat, The Skipper, M-16 and Drive-Thru with their support in leadership. Goat can count now fo Sure! I can’t, but getting better.
