Most men do not seek to grow. Most men would rather live the miserable existence that they know, than push to change for the better because they fear the unknown expectations that success may bring. As leaders, it is our responsibility to seek, to find, and to know our limits so that we may get strong in the in the broken places to do better, go farther, and be more. We must identify and acknowledge our weakness and failure. There is a special peace out there – particularly on the edge at the limit – in knowing exactly what and how much you are. Most men are afraid of this truth. Break through.
