F3Run / SIB – Preblast for 05.29.2012 – The Opposite of Unreasonable

Aye, tomorrow the SIB-lings will take on a twist of last week’s SIB, which was dubbed “Completely Unreasonable”.  Last week the distances went short-to-long, and this week we’ll go long-to-short.  That makes it the opposite of Completely Unreasonable, right?  Come see for yourself…

The Thang:

Warm-up with COP, followed by 800 meter jog

Hard runs of the following distances, with 90 second recoveries between:
1600 meters
1200 meters
800 meters
400 meters

10 minutes of sprints:
20 x 40 yards, go every 30 seconds – get there in 6 seconds or less, recovery jog back to starting line, go again on the 30 sec interval.

TBD # of minutes of SheHateMe:
10 lunges (20 movements)
10 burps (burpees without the pushup or the standing)
10 pushups
Rinse and Repeat – go as fast as you can, no rest

We launch at 5:15 from the AG Middle School Parking lot.  See you in the gloom.
