Well today we were thrown off when we were about to hit the field and were greeted by the Sprinkler.  Almost as distracting as Pussy cats muscle tee.  

Sorry for the confusion to Candy Cane as we brought his toys out again.  Triple Claps to Ruk for stepping up to be the QIC

Another major triple claps to Pussy Cat for spending serious planning time and doing a great workout on Monday.  Apparently, he brought out bricks for the turkish get up.  well done

For the record the total calorie count for the workout at 7:15 was over 1300.

5 minutes of dynamic stretches


Run quarter mile warm up

20push ups
60 air squats
20reps of flutter kicks
20reps of bicycles
10 Burpees
20 jumping squats

Run half mile lap around neighborhood
75 yards of lunges
Indian run .25
10 Push ups with one hand on curb switch and do other side
Indian run

Circle

Plank.
Side plank with abduction hold
Wall sit 60 seconds
20 jumping squats
Wall sit 60 seconds
20 jumping squats
20 hollow rocks

10 Burpees on incline hill
10 decline push ups

Run to big field

Power Skip 50 yards, sprint remainder
Lunge 50, sprint remainder
30 seconds side to side as many as possible
30 seconds front back as many as possible

Sprint field 15 pushups, sprint 15 push ups
Karoake field 20 knee ups, karoake field and 20 knee ups

Reverse plank 30 seconds, 30 seconds crunches
Repeat
