Well today we were thrown off when we were about to hit the field and were greeted by the Sprinkler. Almost as distracting as Pussy cats muscle tee.

10 Burpees on incline hill 10 decline push ups
Run to big field
Power Skip 50 yards, sprint remainder Lunge 50, sprint remainder 30 seconds side to side as many as possible 30 seconds front back as many as possible
Sprint field 15 pushups, sprint 15 push ups Karoake field 20 knee ups, karoake field and 20 knee ups
Reverse plank 30 seconds, 30 seconds crunches Repeat
