The Thang:

We charted a slightly new course this morning-we don’t want the Pax to get bored.

Christ Church-Malvern-Sharon: LBC x40, Merkins x20

Queens Rd East-Selwyn: Dips x20, Inclince Merkin x15, Dips x15

Hillside-Westfield: Diamonds x20, Bicycle x20, Lunge Walk 30 yards

Sterling (Nature Museum): LBC x 30 hold ‘em, Dolly x30, hold ‘em Rosalita x25

East: Wide Arm x15

Sherwood-Queens Rd West-Oxford-Providence-Christ Church

The Naked Man Moleskine:

-This morning started out with a bang when everyone looked around at eachother and asked “who is leading today”. Nothing but crickets. For better or worse, I took the reigns and enjoyed every second. Come to find out, L10 suffered a little insomnia and didn’t hear the alarm.

-No man left behind. Technically, Peggy is a girls name. The crew took off for the start of the run sans Peggy. At our first stop on Queens Rd East I turn around and see my favorite lady, Peggy. Tclaps for catching up to us. Next time don’t have L10 set your alarm.

-As we approached the intersection of Maryland and East, I see (what I think is) Boone racing to the finish line of the WIB. I don’t know if you were in first place, but I didn’t see anyone else over there. Nice work!

-The group held together pretty tight this morning and it was nice to catch up on some fellowship. Great job everyone.

  1. Poe, sorry I misspelled your name

  2. Level 10

Thanks for stepping up Dino! Yes, I had high ambitions of posting twice today and failed to even hit the first of the double header. I even charted out a new course that we were going to do this morning. I guess I was a little excited bc I couldn’t get to sleep last night in anticipation. Next thing I know it was 6:00. We’ll have to get you in the RR QIC rotation, Dino.

Swim/run at the MAC at 4:00 today if anyone is interested joining Moniteur and me.

  3. Senor Chips

QIC fartsacking after hard commit – is that Level 11 or Level 20?!?
Nice work this morning, Dino, although I must say that Sherwood hill was a new one for me and I definitely don’t like it.

  4. Any #oldtimers out there recall when this workout was called The Wiggler? 3 miles at a 9 pace.

    • Yes, this #oldtimer remembers, but if there’s any rule of F3 that’s been proven true again and again, it’s that NOTHING ever stays at 9-minute pace.

  5. Did the Fast Four and Fellowship Three succeed The Wiggler? Clearly not an oldtimer here but that 0500 Tuesday post in Foxcroft was early in my F3 days when Dr. Jellyfinger seemed to come up more often in conversation than he does now.
