Spreadsheets from the Gloom:
_ The First Tuesday of the month has been Spackler’s Hill Progressives since the start of the year and when I shed the Weight Vest for the April rendition, I noticed a clear difference: my times were uniformly 30 seconds/repeat faster today than they have been at any time so far this year. That’s probably partly due to faster springtime times in general, but I’m going to give some credit as well to the WV.
_ T-claps to Container for FNGing at the SIB just three days after he made his overall F3 FNG at Saturday’s AG workout.
_ The end of the Dummy Lock Era at Mustang had somewhat dire consequences for Container, who was in desperate need of a Lizard King, Brown Trout-style break during our third repeat. Sadly, with the gates now barred, he had to avail himself of the woods. That being said, once he got that out of the way, Container CRUSHED it on the final three repeats. So T-claps for that too.
_ Donut, who’s been getting stronger by the week, is in the final weeks of training for the Country Music Marathon in Nashville at the end of April. T-claps there as well.
_ Finally, T-claps as well to the team of Sprague, Titan and Gangster Mouse, who have agreed to take the helm of the SIB going forward. I’ve had a good run of nearly six months and now is a good time to mix in some new ideas and give some other guys a chance to bring their own brand of Pain. I look forward to them pushing me and the WV in new directions.
