Latta 3/31/12- No April Fooling!
On a drizzly Saturday morning, we set out into the gloom. The numbers were low, but the
heart rates were high soon into the workout. As this back blast is a little tardy, I am
especially hurting in the pecs, lats, and abs. Hope the rest of you guys are too.

- It was Audible Day at Latta this Saturday! Girardi and McGee were originally tasked as co-QICs, but Girardi pulled a hammy at Sparta on Friday (get some rest, brother) and McGee was feeling a bit under the weather (though 3x claps for gutting it out as a member of the Pax). Lee and A.C. stepped up to deliver the downpainment — big time. Lee himself had to audible out of his originally planned workout when it appeared that much of the Pax was less than 100%: some still aching from the Spartan Race (with many race scars still visible), some under the weather and others just hurting. Lee promises to roll out his modified Century Club/Ricky Bobby at a later date. (You are hereby warned.) A.C. himself had to audible out of any originally scheduled Ricky Bobby he planned from St. Pat’s all the way to Dilworth Elementary. (3x for that call!)
- 3x claps to Le Deuce for his first Saturday Latta post. Strong intro to the Latta Pax, brother!

That workout was sneaky tough, if I say so myself! I’m still sore, too. I’m out next week due to CMS Spring Break. I’m going run a few solo F3 North Myrtle Beach workouts at the local park this week. See you boys next week!
-
AC and Lee… TClaps for stepping up for the injured crew. It’s all about “next man up” when a brother goes down. Awesome!
-
Sneaky tough, even if I was trying to Mosey a little bit (no man left behind). Lee – you need to be doing that on the beach rather than the park. Just a little tougher. Aye
