Aye, Spartans beware! The Titans are joining F3 Nation in what will become the 3rd installment of the Wednesday morning pain trifecta. Welcome to Atlas! Conjuring images of an ancient Greek God carrying the planet on his shoulder, Atlas will bring all that you love from Gamucci and Bandit while adding its own twist to fuel the fire. We will use anything and everything at our disposal to improve our strength and overall fitness.

Meet at the front of Cotswold Elementary at 0530 each Wednesday. While this will be our home base, Atlas will explore and exploit all of the surrounding area to ensure a healthy appreciation for the rolling hills of Cotswold. No equipment required. No shrugging allowed.
