Aye, we’ll plant the VSF at the AG track at 0515 on Tuesday for the weekly SIB:
Warmup: 800m
The Thang: 7 x 800m, 400m recovery lap in between. Goal is to run all 7 repeats at as close to the same pace as possible.
Cooldown: 800m
See you in the gloom.
