Partner Up

From the gravel lot to the train:
Run 1/4 Mile x 4
20 Partner Assisted Decline Pushups (one partner planks while the other does decline pushups then switch)
20 Partner Assisted Elevated Situps (one partner planks while the other does situps with legs elevated then switch)

At the train:
100 Knees to Elbows
100 Dips
50 Left Leg Squats
50 Right Leg Squats

From the train to the gravel lot:
Run 1/4 Mile x 4
20 Partner Assisted Decline Pushups (one partner planks while the other does decline pushups then switch)
20 Partner Assisted Elevated Situps (one partner planks while the other does situps with legs elevated then switch)

Total of 160 Decline Pushups, 160 Elevated Situps, 100 Knees to Elbows, 100 Dips, 50 Left Leg Squats, 50 Right Leg Squats, Lots of Plank and 2 Mile Run.

If so inclined, meet at the gravel lot on East Blvd. at 5.20am. We launch into the gloom at 5.30am.
