Moleskine:
Must admit that the QIC was kicking himself last night for agreeing to lead this morning. (Note to self: Always check weather forecast before making the ultimate hard commit of agreeing to be QIC). As it turns out, rain stopped as we left the Gravel Lot and stayed away for the duration. The Man smiles on F3 Nation.
While pondering the workout last night the QIC was uncertain whether we should do broad jump burpees for one length of the field or two so he decided to start with one and audible if two were needed. After ¾ of the field there was absolutely no doubt that one length was enough. Crazy thing is, people have done these things for a mile http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvCLxD3BI98.
T-Claps to FNG Zebco for posting on what appeared was going to be a very unpleasant day weatherwise.
Larry Birds to Red Warrior for smoking the QIC in the Mini SIB and to Iron Mike for smoking QIC in the Free For All to finish. They are two big, fast dudes.

Sorry to miss this morning but foot needed rest from RingRun. Very strong guys – way to hit it on a very messy day. Don’t miss the video on the Bandit page – sticking with Grohl one last week, but going back to the very beginning with Nirvana. Enjoy.

And thanks for the leadership, PC – good job. Looked like fun.
-
broad jump burpees – you bastard
-
Tclaps to Peggy’s EHs (Cindy and Ricky Bobby) for starting out strong – 3rd or 4th workout since they debuted on Saturday.
-
One thing I left out of the Moleskine; It is really hard to blow a whistle after sprinting for 30 seconds.

Thanks everyone for the support this week F3′s. After running Thunder Road last November, was looking for a new challenge and I have found everything I was looking for and more. Thanks Peggy for draggin me along and now ya’ll are stuck with Cindy. Proud to carry the family name on.
